Requesting Assistance for Email Reply

If you require assistance in responding to an email, you can "raise a hand". Your Supervisor will receive a notification containing the email, allowing the Supervisor to assist you in replying.

To request assistance:
1. Open the email.
2. Click the Raise Hand icon located above the name of the sender of the email; the icon changes to red and the Supervisor receives a request-for-help notification.

3. Once you've received help from your Supervisor, you can send the email.
